Dwayne Iserief
Co-Founder & COO at Uptale
Dwayne Iserief is the Co-Founder and COO of Uptale. He lives in Paris, France. Half Belgian half Dutch, he moved to France in 1995 after graduating with an MBA from INSEEC institute. He joined the consulting company Phineo on a sports Startup project in the USA. This experience gave him the urge to launch his own company. In 2013 he launched with a friend, The ad agency LOUIS Creative Workshop was specialised in street art in Paris and Los Angeles. After implementing a wide range of projects for five years, he wanted to create a tech solution that can make a real difference to people’s lives which lead him to founding Uptale with three other Co-Founders.
