Pimento

With her production company pimento medienproduktions, she has realised numerous national and international projects in the last 20 years. Many of her productions have won awards. In 2020, Elle Langer founded her first tech-company pimento formate. The creative tech start-up realises immersive media projects, in AR and VR. 

Her current focus is on the XR-edutainment platform futureleaf.space, which features topics such as climate und social changes for young people, through emotional AR storytelling. On top, the platform includes an XR-creator-tool. She says: "For me, immersive media like AR and VR are the next level of media edutainment." Elle Langer is the co-founder of Virtual Reality Berlin-Brandenburg where she has been a board member from 2017 to 2020. 

To raise awareness among other content creators, Elle Langer published the academic book "Medieninnovationen Augmented und Virtual Reality - Erfolgsfaktoren für die Entwicklung von Experiences" (Media Innovations Augmented and Virtual Reality - Success Factors for the Development of Experiences) by Springer, in 2020. Her book is currently being translated into English. The German version alone has been downloaded over 18,000 times!
