Eva Pech has a background in art logistics – as Senior Team Leader, she managed international teams and projects for major galleries such as "Sprueth Magers, Berlin" for more than a decade. Her diverse experience provides a natural bridge between art and technology.
As a certified Project Manager and Co-Founder of Airfoli, an online digital platform and local etworking tool, she has gained experience in almost all aspects of start-up life and launching a product in the market. She has been with the online agency IO Forge, which specialises in app development, from its start-up phase. There, she worked directly with the technical team and management, using "lean" methods and tools to manage the recruiting process and improve team building. Eva Pech continues to maintain close ties with IO Forge and supports the American start-up as an advisor.
In her function as Client Relations and Business Development Manager at Kompetek Interaktiv, she is responsible for liaising with industry partners and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Eva Pech's goal is to make VR tools accessible to a wide range of medium-sized companies and to continue the path of innovation that has a positive impact on the environment and the economy.
