Kate Bulkley is a UK-based media commentator, contributing journalist and moderator/chair.

Her former roles include: International Editor for Cable World; Media Editor for Dow Jones-owned European Business News where she created and co-presented the award-winning Media Report; and Media and Telecommunications correspondent and presenter at CNBC Europe. Kate has a master's degree in international economics and politics from SAIS/Johns Hopkins University.
