Principal Data Engineer at BBC
Stuart Jennings is a Principal Data Engineer at BBC, working on projects that use data and machine learning to drive user engagement and improve the content creation process. He is the Tech Lead of the Content Origin Graph project, which aims to map the BBC's production data and help the organisation better understand what it makes and how it makes it.
Before moving into tech, Stuart Jennings spent many years in historical research. He has degrees in Ancient History from Oxford and UCL. He started of as a developer at Ubiquity Press, an open-access academic publishing Start-Up, before becoming a a Software Engineer on the BBC's News, Weather and Election services.
