Before heading Studio Hamburg Enterprises, one of the rights distribution companies of ARD (public German broadcaster), Tania gained expertise in marketing and management with two big international groups, Bertelsmann and L'Oréal. In her corporate Job with Universum Film (Bertelsmann AG), Tania transformed the video distribution company into the leading German home entertainment business in the independent market segment and expanded into movie theatre distribution and digital distribution and coproductions. 

From 2013 to 2019 she had her own business, Freebird Pictures and has been engaged in the production of animated content as well as in promotional and political engagement for the industry.

She is an active member of the German Producer's Alliance board (Animation) and a judge and panelist at various industry events.
