Right now, Electric Vehicles are becoming ubiquitous, and, being more or less silent, they might pose a danger to other road users: the potential for accidents is obvious. But if EVs can be made to sound like anything we like, who should determine what those sounds will be? And what about the sound inside the vehicles? Will it “match” the car’s exterior? This keynote from one of the original audio architects for the automobile industry will examine what our streets and cars could sound like as we move towards a fully-EV environment.
