British Cultural Studies at University of Potsdam
Anna von Rath completed her doctoral thesis on Afropolitanism as a fellow of the Research Training Group minor cosmopolitanisms at the University of Potsdam, where she also taught at the Department of English and American studies. She is a founding member of Postcolonial Potsdam, a group dedicated to researching Germany's colonial history and its contemporary repercussions. In her home town Berlin, she works as a freelance social justice and diversity trainer, and editor of poco.lit., an online platform for postcolonial literature in the widest sense.
