Carlos Toxtli-Hernandez is currently a Computer Science Ph.D. student where he is researching intelligent tools and bots to improve how crowds collaborate, e.g., for online moderation. In the past, he worked at Microsoft Research, Google, Amazon, and the United Nations where he developed innovative tools to empower people through technology. His research has been published in top venues and covered by news outlets.
