Gabriele Langendorf
Director of the Academy of Fine Arts Saar
Prof. Gabriele Langendorf is a German Artist, Director of the Academy of Fine Arts Saar (Hochschule der Bildenden Künste Saar) as well as Speaker of the Conference of Directors of German Art Schools. Before taking office as Director, she held the professorship for painting and drawing at the university.
She started her career in 1977 as industrial textile pattern designer but continued her artistic career with artworks in the fine arts for which she also received several scholarships and prizes.
