Mercedes Eisert joined Bavaria Film GmbH in the south of Munich as CIO in 2019. The Bavaria Film Group decided in 2020 to implement a broad IT digitalization strategy, which covers the entire IT application landscape. In the last three years, several projects have already been successfully implemented, such as the rollout of SAP S/4HANA in Cloud, rollout of a Cloud Integration Platform or also the restructuring of the IT organisation according to agile principles as a service organisation. The IT restructuring continues the process of modernization and automation of the media software domains. Mercedes holds a university degree in business administration and has over 17 years of IT experience, 10 of which have been spent in the media industry.
